1. Directory only
Charteva is an advertising directory that helps users discover transportation providers. Charteva is not a motor carrier, transportation provider, travel agent, dispatch service, or transportation broker. Charteva does not set fares, select an operator for a trip, accept payment for a trip, or guarantee a booking.
2. Direct relationship
Users contact and contract with operators directly. Any quote, reservation, payment, cancellation, transportation service, damage, delay, or dispute is solely between the user and the operator. Charteva is not a party to that agreement.
3. Operator responsibilities
Operators must provide accurate, current information and may list only businesses and vehicles they are authorized to represent. Each operator is solely responsible for all licenses, registrations, operating authority, insurance, inspections, drivers, vehicles, and compliance required for its services. A verification label reflects only the checks identified and is not a guarantee of safety, legality, quality, or current compliance.
4. User responsibilities
Users must independently evaluate an operator before booking, including confirming identity, authority, insurance, pricing, vehicle suitability, and cancellation terms. Users may not misuse the service, submit false information, interfere with security, scrape the site without permission, or use Charteva for unlawful activity.
5. Listings and moderation
Submission does not guarantee publication. Charteva may review, reject, edit for formatting, suspend, or remove a listing that is inaccurate, unsafe, unlawful, misleading, inactive, or inconsistent with these terms. Operators remain responsible for their listings.
6. Fees
The current MVP accepts promotional listing applications and does not process transportation payments. When paid promotional plans are introduced, pricing, trial conditions, renewal terms, and applicable additional terms will be shown before purchase.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, Charteva disclaims warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that an operator will respond, provide a quote, complete a trip, or meet a particular standard.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Charteva will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or losses arising from transportation services, operator conduct, user conduct, listings, or reliance on directory information. Applicable law may not allow every limitation stated here.
9. Intellectual property
Charteva’s name, design, software, and original content are protected by applicable law. Operators grant Charteva permission to display and format the business information and media they submit to operate and promote their listing.
10. Changes and termination
We may change or discontinue the MVP and update these terms. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised terms. Charteva may restrict access for misuse or material violation of these terms.
11. Governing terms
Governing-law, venue, formal notice, subscription, and business-entity provisions will be finalized before paid service launches, after Charteva’s operating entity and legal contact are confirmed.
